Last updated: October 2025

These terms outline how QNCH (“we”, “us”, “our”) sells and delivers products. By purchasing from our store, you agree to these terms.

1. Ordering

All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. Prices and details are correct at the time of listing but may change without notice.
Once payment is received, you will receive an order confirmation by email.

2. Shipping

We currently ship primarily within the United Kingdom.
International orders may be accepted but may carry higher shipping costs and longer delivery times.
Dispatch typically occurs within 1–3 business days of purchase.
Estimated delivery is within 7 days, though delays may occur due to courier issues, supplier backlogs, or unforeseen circumstances.
We will always aim to keep customers informed of significant delays.

3. Returns & Refunds

Due to the nature of consumable goods, we only accept returns on sealed, unused products or items damaged in transit where shipping protection was applied at checkout.
Requests must be made within 7 days of delivery with proof of purchase and photo evidence where applicable.
We do not offer refunds on opened or used products.
Once a refund is approved, it will be processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.

4. Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled before dispatch by contacting us directly.
Once dispatched, cancellation is no longer possible, and the return process applies.

5. Payments

We accept the major payment methods listed at checkout.
All transactions are processed securely by trusted third-party providers; we do not store full payment details.

6. Liability

QNCH is not liable for delays, lost parcels, or indirect damages caused by courier errors or circumstances beyond our control.
By purchasing, you acknowledge that shipping times are estimates, not guarantees.

7. International Orders

Buyers outside the UK are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees imposed by their local authorities.

8. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms at any time. The version published on this site at the time of purchase applies to your order.

THE SCIENCE

THE SCIENCE

Every QNCH formula is built around how the body actually absorbs and uses water.

For those of you that took the liberty to seek out the science page we have compiled some studies and tests to assure you why we use the ingredients we use and how we make sure they are safe.

This page breaks down the science behind hydration, the role of key electrolytes, and the standards we follow to ensure quality, safety, and transparency.

Sodium (from mineral salt) +

Sodium is the primary electrolyte responsible for fluid retention and absorption. When consumed with water, sodium helps the body retain fluids and hydrate more effectively than water alone. This mechanism is the basis of medical oral rehydration solutions.

Research

Potassium (from coconut water powder + added potassium) +

Potassium works alongside sodium to regulate fluid balance inside cells. Adequate potassium intake supports normal hydration, muscle function, and nerve signalling.

Research

Magnesium +

Magnesium supports normal muscle and nerve function and is lost through sweat. Low magnesium status is associated with fatigue and cramping, making it a relevant supporting electrolyte.

Research

Taurine +

Taurine is an amino acid involved in cell volume regulation and hydration. Research suggests taurine may support fluid balance and physical performance when combined with electrolytes.

Research

Vitamin B6 & Vitamin C +

Vitamin B6 supports normal energy metabolism, while vitamin C contributes to normal tissue function and protection against oxidative stress during physical and environmental stress.

Research

Natural sugars & real fruit vs artificial flavours +

A small amount of carbohydrate improves water and sodium absorption via sodium–glucose co-transport. This is why medical hydration formulas include glucose rather than relying on water alone.
